Error report when creating a quiz slide

Hi,

I've been building a quiz for the end of a course, but when I try to insert it into the scene, an error report pops up. Basically this is identical to the problem highlighted here:

...and I do have a custom size put in for some reason (this project began before I started working here, but it's far too late to change it all). I have the latest software update, yet I can't seem to get around it.

When building the quiz, I was duplicating questions to save me having to reformat each one. Could this be something to do with it? I've tried changing all the options for the question bank too, but that hasn't helped.

It's happening in my other projects too. The first one, which I've attached, is the smallest one of only 10 or so slides, so my workaround is building a new story with the quiz put in first. However, later stories are over 60 slides so that process would be time-consuming.

My first project (which luckily I had backed up) was wiped completely from the story file after I tried to view the quiz slide in full slide view, which brought up a paradox of error report pop-ups.

Hi James,

You mentioned that you're using the latest update, and I wanted to confirm that you mean update 6. You can confirm which update you're using by going to the Help tab and clicking on About Articulate Storyline. You'll see it displayed as below:

Thanks for sharing your file here. I opened it up and found a blank project. Was this one that you had as a wiped out project? Are you able to share one with us that has caused problems when you're trying to insert a question bank? Also, is this a new problem since the last time you updated Storyline? If so, it may be worth conducting the repair detailed here.

I was looking for a sure-fire way to check the update version, and it turns out I was still on update 4- I had assumed that the update would have come with the installation that only happened 3 weeks ago. 

Anyway, this issue looks to be resolved with the update on first viewings, which is great. If there's any more problems with it, I'll be back. Thanks for your help!
