Error "The connection was reset" in Importing a SCORM content to eFront system

I’ve been encountering an error: “The connection was reset” (see attached screenshot) every time I import a SCORM file with the filename -- 2 - EE Development Level 2 – Creating Module and Events – to our eFront system.

 

For some weird reason, when I changed the filename (upon publishing the story file in Articulate) to “sample”, I no longer encountered the error, and the file is playable.

 

May I know the cause of this?

 

I have several working SCORM files with longer filenames. This is the only time that I encountered this.

I appreciate you letting us know what you are running into as well as the screenshots for a visual.

I'm curious if you encounter an error when uploading to another LMS environment, such as SCORM Cloud?

Here's my sample file using that name.

If you are unable to replicate in another environment, I'd follow up with your LMS team to see what the limitation may be.
