Hope that someone will be able to help as I am very new to using Storyline.
We have an assessment which is made in Storyline and then published and uploaded to Stream on LearningPool. We had a contractor make and "test" the assessment for us using our questions. The users are able to review their answers before they submit their answers for marking.
However, we have some users who have been able to complete 26/29 out of 25 questions. Once they have this error they are not able to submit their results. Although if we wait for 2-3 hours the assessment fixes itself and it completes as a course on Stream.

To clarify, is this behavior only observed when viewing the course through your LMS? A helpful step would be testing the file with SCORM Cloud. It is a virtual LMS environment we use to determine if an issue lies with a .story file, or the LMS itself. If you test your course in SCORM Cloud and it's working as intended, then the issue is likely LMS-based.
