Have you tested your course in SCORM cloud? It's an online LMS environment that can be used to figure out whether the issue is with the LMS or the Story file. If you test your course on SCORM cloud and you get the same result in Edge, please share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case?
Hi - I'm having the same sort of issue. Course runs fine in Chrome and Edge in our TEST environment and from the SCORM cloud.
BUT when trying to run from our PROD environment we get the dreaded 'End of support for Internet Explorer 11' when using Edge (Chrome still works fine).
Has anyone experienced this? Why would it work in our TEST environment, but not PROD. They're both IIS servers. Edge version Version 114.0.1823.55 Thank-you,
Looks like the course is detecting that you're using an outdated version of Microsoft Edge. Would you mind checking if you have the latest available supported version installed to correct the behavior? If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of the 'About Microsoft Edge' page of the browser and share it with us here so we can take a look if you are running a supported version.
Please note that the Internet Explorer (IE) 11 desktop application ended support for certain operating systems on June 15, 2022. Customers are encouraged to move to Microsoft Edge with IE mode. IE mode enables backward compatibility and will be supported through at least 2029.

do you have special group policies for edge - e.g. force IE mode for special urls ?
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/edge-ie-mode-policies
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/datacap/9.1.8?topic=ctrw-enabling-internet-explorer-integration-microsoft-edge-using-group-policy
articulate should modify the behaviour of storyline with MS Edge in IE 11 mode
this mode will be used in many companies and will be official supported until 2029
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/faq/internet-explorer-microsoft-edge
you can recognize the MS Edge IE 11 mode by the small IE logo in the URL bar
