I'm trying to go in and edit the Player in my course an am getting an error that the Memory is Low and that I should close all applications and save my project. I restarted my computer and don't have any other applications running. What can I do?
Thanks for the update Sarah! Also, some good reminders that can prevent odd behavior in addition to using update 4 of Storyline are:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.

Hi Sarah
One of the first things I do is check whether I'm justing the latest version of SL
If I'm sure that's the case, I create a new course and import the erroneous one into it.
Cheers
Geert
Importing it into a new course worked. Thanks!
