I have tried several times to publish to video over the past week, each time it gets 45 minutes into publishing and then I get an error message at the "adding audio track" stage. The finished content in video format will be less than 2o minutes, there are 50 slides and it does have audio.
I was having some trouble exporting to video from Storyline. I tried alternating between the navigation settings (Follow Slide Numbering/ Follow "Next" Actions) and it worked - not sure if it will work, but worth a go if you haven't already
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the issue you are running into when publishing your course.
The version you mention is Update 12 from February 1, 2018. We are currently on Build 3.32.20313.0, which is Update 32 on September 24, 2019.
You can read all of the details of our updates here and I would advise updating your software.
