Exceeded "number of activations"

I need to move Storyline 2 (and Articulate Studio '13) from an old computer to a new one but when I enter the serial numbers I receive the error message, "You have exceeded the number of activations". I emailed support but have not had a reply.  Is there a better way to receive a fix for this?  Thanks.  John

Hi John,

It looks like my colleague Amlan responded to you yesterday afternoon and was able to adjust your serial number - you'll want to ensure that the email address support@articulate.com is not being directed to your junk/spam folder - and in case you need the information he shared for just Storyline, I've included it below (with the exception of your serial number) and it would be similar for Studio '13:

I've adjusted your serial number XXX for Articulate Storyline. You can download the latest version of the Storyline 2 installer here: 
https://www.articulate.com/downloads/storyline-2 

Here's how to install Storyline 2:

i run storyline 2 on a parallels windows 10 install. I uninstalled Windows and then re-installed. However, I did not uninstall Storyline 2 first. Now, I'm it appears I've exceeded my activations. Can I log in and manage those activations somewhere? I only have one Storyline 2 product installed (on the Windows VM) or do you need to switch the serial number like you did in the in previous thread?
