There are certain use cases where the speed of audio should not be affected by the user's settings, such as music and sound effects. I recently built a course about CPR, where I used a metronome to demonstrate the correct tempo of cardiac massaging. This is obviously crucial to get right.
I suppose adding and manipulating an <audio> element via js would work for now, but is there a more user friendly option planned?
