I am using an old ppt and trying to jazz it up a bit and put it into a storyline template provided. What is the easiest way to use the exiting template (the Desktop Overhead) . I can see the blank slides but not the ones with the paper on it and the notes that appear, the graphics etc.
I'm guessing you only inserted the first slide of the desktop template. When you go to insert a new slide, make sure you're selecting at least the second slide in the template. That interaction is made up of five slides and the first slide is a static, non-interactive slide.
