Hi all... I have a trigger on a button to "exit the course". When I preview it, it works as expected. When I launch it via Cloudberry - AWS on my mobile device, the button is unresponsive. I have another button beside it to jump to a different slide; that works fine. I added an exit link on the upper right of the player, but get the same results. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any help is appreciated.
One more thing... I have a similar application that has an "exit" button that is accessed the same way as this new one and the exit works as expected. Any idea what might be different?
Just thought of this... the first application where exit works, was created with SL2. The second application was created with SL360... would that make a difference?

Strange that it worked in Storyline 2, and the same trigger isn't working in Storyline 360. Would you mind sharing your SL360 file so I can have a closer look?
Thank you Alyssa. The "exit" button for Vent Calc is located on slides 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 on the "Long" and "short" layers.
My original application is too large (15MB) to email here. Again, the button works fine to preview, but not when I launch via Cloudberry. Thanks again for the help.
This article as a few more reasons why the Exit Course trigger may fail. Also, can you send me the link to your course hosted in Cloudberry AWS? I'd like to test that one on my mobile device. Thanks!

Most browsers will block this activity as it is against current standards. This really only works inside an LMS now and even then it is hit and miss.
Much better to give instructions to close the browser window.

Actually, the original .story file would be better. That way I can open it and take a look under the hood.

Hey Terry! Give this link a try on your mobile device. Do the Exit buttons work there? They work on my iPhone iOS 10.3.2.

Hey Terry! I didn't make any changes to your file, so nothing should be different. Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? We just released a new update earlier this month.
Let me know if you're already on the latest update, and we'll keep digging!
