Exiting/Closing Course Issues

Hi,

I'm having trouble with the exiting/closing of a course. For background, this is the first course I created and uploaded to our LMS. I notice that most courses are set-up to open in another window and once  learners complete it, that pop-up window closes automatically and (for our LMS) it lands on the confirmation page that the learner has completed the course along with a quiz score.

Well, I thought I set-up my course to close automatically, but that's not the case. The course is exiting after learners click on the exit button, but the pop-up window remains and it's not marking the course as completed; see screenshots. Our LMS, Learning Zen, ran a report and SCORM clouds says that "Launch did not end cleanly" In most cases, learners have to close the pop-up window and then it will redirect the main window to the confirmation page. This is causing confusing and some learners are relaunching the course. 

How can I set-it up so pop-up windows and/or courses closes automatically and the main window reloads to the confirmation page marking the course as complete and reporting the scores? I'm attaching a screenshot of the tracking options I have selected. I know it can be done because other courses do it. Thanks!
