"Please choose a navigation method" issue when exiting Storyline 2 course

Hello, I am new to Storyline 2 and am having an issue when exiting a course. The course and exam work fine in the LMS, but when the user exits-either by clicking the Exit button or by closing the browser window-the message "Please choose a navigation method" appears, but the rest of the screen is blank. When you close the window, the LMS reports that you were not successful in completing the course and it doesn't track the score.  This navigation error does not appear for our other courses; they close out fine and the score is tracked.  I have checked and rechecked the settings in the course and cannot figure this out.

Hi there Shari, welcome to Heroes!

I'm not sure I've seen that error message before, so I appreciate you bringing this up. Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet?  If so, are you getting the same error message and completion status? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues.  I am happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your file!

Hi Alyssa, thank you for your response. I haven't tried the SCORM cloud yet. I'll check with our IT department to ensure it's okay and then will use it if I can.  I did test some other modules and found that the message, "Please choose a navigation method" shows up on them as well, but they track fine, so the message appears not to be the issue.
