My client has dropped a 55 minute video into a slide, but the first designer didn't extend the timeline to the end of the video.
I know you can use the left arrow hack to shorten a timeline to the end of a video if it has been stretched out. Is there a corresponding hack to extend the timeline out to the end of the video?
I'm sorry you're having this issue with the timeline! When you add a long video the end of the time should automatically adjust to the end of the video. Would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case so we can troubleshoot this for you?
i was able to find the source video, and re insert it to make it work. that being said, it would be a nice option to have for when the source file is not available.
