Facing problems when launching Storyline courses in iPads IOS 9.2.1

Hi everybody,

We have updated our IOS version in our iPads and suddently courses that were working perfect within last year are not working anymore. When we open them, we can see the Player and hear the audios but nothing appears on the screen.

Can anyone help?

Hi, Mireia -  Thanks for reaching out! Do you happen to know what iOS version you were using before upgrading to 9.2.1?
