Failed quiz? Exit Course > Restart from beginning - No Resume

Hi,

I have my SL360 course set up so that if learners fail the quiz they click exit to exit the course.

SCORM 1.2 reports as failed/incomplete. They are required to restart the course again and retake the quiz till they pass.

The problem is the course is set to always resume. So that if they drop out of the course, they resume where they left off.

When they restart the course after they have 1st failed, they are taken back to the results screen (resume) and not the start of the course.

How can I clear the resume slide number so that the course starts over again from the beginning?

Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
