Failed to load the page of log-in while using other computers

Dear all,

Recently, I tried to use other computers to sign in my storyline360 account. It is allowed to download the software but failed to load the page and connected to storyline360 (See Pic1.)

Are there any rules of account that may cause the issue above accounts (e.g. one account is only allowed to download the software once)?

Could you please raise a suggestion or another solution to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are running into with your software.

To answer your question, here are the details about installation and use in our Terms of Service:

2.4. License Limitations. You may activate the Services on up to two desktop devices and up to two mobile devices at a time (maximum four total activations), provided that these activations are associated with the same Articulate ID. However, the Services may not be used simultaneously on these devices
