As you can see in "Picture 1_Feedback Master Slides" I defined two different colours in the Feedback Master. Red colour for the incorrect and green colour for the correct slide. But when I close the Feedback Master view and go back to the slide view, the colour has changed from green to grey and from red to orange. Why is that happening?

Did you apply the layout to your slide layers so that your update would be reflected in your course?

Have a look at the theme colors you selected on the Design tab.
Do those colors match the theme colors in the Feedback Master?
Match the Design color theme to the Feedback Master color theme, and that should do the trick!
