Feedback Master Images
Mar 01, 2013
Hello,
I've been working with the feedback master for my course, and I'm having a problem with one of my images.
What I've done is inserted an image into my correct feedback layout that is celebratory and inserted an image into my incorrect feedback layout that is less than celebratory.
The problem is that the image in the correct feedback layout looks fuzzy when I either preview the scene or publish the course. However, the image in the incorrect feedback layout looks fine.
I used the same techniques to insert and resize and crop both images. Both images were bigger than I needed and I resized them down in Storyline while holding down shift.
Any ideas about how to fix this?
Thanks,
Catharine

Does Storyline not like it when you insert pictures onto Feedback Master layouts instead of using one on the Slide Master?
Hi Catharine,
First, can you tell me a little more about the steps you took to insert the images? Did you copy and paste them, or use the "Insert" feature?
One option that may help - insert the original image onto a slide. Make the adjustments you need for resizing the image. After your image looks the way you want it to, right-click on the image and choose "Save as picture". Save the image, with a new name. Then, try inserting the cropped or resized image into your feedback.
Is there a difference in the quality?
Hi Christine,
I inserted the picture and then resized it and cropped it.
Thanks for the idea! I will try that out next time. I ended up just putting the image onto the feedback layer on the actual slide I was working on. I know that's not a global fix, but at least the images looked good.
Thanks again!
Hi Catharine,
Awesome, glad to hear you were able to get this working using a different method.
I hope you have a great day!
Christine
Thanks! You, too!
