Can anyone tell me why my feedback slides keep defaulting to Articulate font, despite my having customised them on the feedback master and applied the layout to the slides? My changes to the feedback boxes are applied, but the font change is not. This happened in Storyline 1, and S2 is following suit. Surely I don't have to manually change every single slide?
Thank you. The original file (in Quizmaker) had been on my C-drive, and I continued to work on the new version (imported into SL2) on the same drive, so that's not the issue.
You'll see that the feedback layers for the first quiz slide are in the correct font - this is because I manually changed them. The others remain in the Articulate font, despite my having applied the feedback layout.
I've changed both the size and colour of the feedback boxes on the master, as well as the fonts (apparently).
Hi Emily do you know if the issue where the font in the slide master was changing by .5 has been fixed. Doesn't matter how many times you change it, SL changes it up by .5pt?
Since you are importing from a .quiz file, the feedback master fonts will be whatever they are set up as in the .quiz file.
You should be able to update the feedback master font in the .quiz file, and then when you import it to Storyline, it will stay as is. If the font in the .quiz file is not the same in Storyline, the .quiz file will over write it.
Hope this helps.
Wendy,
I am unable to find the issue you are referring to, do you have a support case open with us?

Hello Anne,
I just tested a few quiz slides with a feedback master set up with different fonts.
The feedback layers did show up with the fonts i changed in the Master.
Please make sure you are working locally as described here.
If you would like us to take a look at your file, you can attach it using the paperclip icon.

Hi Emily
It happens in SL1 but not in SL2 - yippee...I was working on a SL1 file which is why it triggered to ask the question.
Thank you
Wendy
Thanks for the update Wendy! Glad to see it is fixed in SL2.
