When learners review a quiz, they'll see Articulate Storyline's built-in Prev and Next buttons in the lower right corner of the player—even if you've disabled them throughout your course. See this article for more information.
Do you have the Slide Properties set to Reset to Initial State as shown in this tutorial? I've seen that cause issue as well.
If you need someone to take a look, please share your .story file.
Thanks for sharing the file here with us. I took a look and saw the same thing that you mentioned, but no obvious differences between slides 1/2 and 3. I did notice that you were using the setting of "Automatically decide" for the slide properties - and we always recommend "resume saved state" for quiz questions as otherwise it could show it as incorrect on the revisit if it's resetting the slide. As Leslie mentioned, the next/previous buttons will come back as a part of the review - but it showing as incorrect when it is actually correct is not expected behavior.
I modified that on your slides, and still saw the same behavior, so I'm curious if it has more to do with your files or even perhaps the Arabic being used? Can you confirm first that you're working on project files as detailed here? Are you able to recreate the same behavior on all your files, using English and Arabic? Can you start by going through the repair steps here? If it continues, please let us know and we'll likely want to do some more troubleshooting with our Support engineers.
