Files hanging in preview and published mode - 3 dots Jun 16, 2021 By Lora Alston Good Afternoon, I have a file that is completed and when i go to view it in SL i get to the 3rd slide and it freezes....i get 3 dots and its just thinking about moving on but doesnt. This happens in when it published also.

I suggest you submit the file to the Articulate staff. You can do that here: https://articulate.com/support/contact In my experience, they're quite responsive and helpful.
