I have a fill-in-the-blank question that's causing some trouble.
I published the project to CD since the SME and I are currently just previewing it. (Its not on any MS) We placed the output folder on our desktops and launched it. When we come to the fill in the blank question, neither of us is able to use backspace or move the cursor using the arrows. All other question types work fine.
I didn't see any mention of this in the forums, so I'm not sure what is causing the problem. Can you help?
Are you intending to keep the course as a CD project, or are you only using this for testing and sharing with your SME? If you're only using this for testing, the good news is that the "Backspace" key issue seems to be limited to CD published content. This is something I've only seen mentioned a couple of times around the forums, but this is something that we are aware of and we're currently investigating the cause of this. It does seem to be an issue with the arrow keys as well in some cases, but I believe that one is mainly for specific question types/interactions.
If you'd like, you could always upload the project to Tempshare just to test it out and make sure that the keys work properly in other output types. Or, if you'd like to share the .STORY file, I can upload the project to our servers and let you test it on your end.
