Right now I'm encountering a problem with Text Variables where if the learner's text contains a capital letter that will be removed. For example: they type "John Smith", in the eLearning module it will show up as "ohn mith". If they type "john Smith" it will appear as "john mith ". I can't control if the learner will type using capital letters - any idea how to fix this error?
Maybe it's the font being used? Or the size of the font? Have you tried different fonts and sizes?
Have you tried recreating it? Sometimes stuff just stops working for no apparent reason and there's no way to fix it. That's true of just about every piece of software I've ever used - I'm not picking on Storyline ;-P

If you're still experiencing the behavior, can you please let us know a bit more about how and where you're testing the course? You'll want to be sure to test the published output within the intended environment.
