I am trying to launch Articulate Storyline and keep getting the error message that "Flash Player 10 or higher for IE is required to run Articuluate Storyline". I've downloaded the new Flash and still keep getting this error. I've seeked the help of our IT support and still no luck in accessing the software. Please help!

this issue was fixed in Dec you need to update to the latest SL release of the version you are using.
SL1 update 8 - http://en-au.articulate.com/support/storyline
SL2 update 4 - http://en-au.articulate.com/support/storyline-2
