I find that SL packages, possibly SL1, I am not the developer, require the browser to be refreshed before it will load in our LMS. I have tested this in FF52.01 32Bit and IE11.09. The LMS is SAP LSO.
Thanks for letting us know what's going on. Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet? If so, are you getting the same results? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to determine whether an issue is LMS-related or not. We are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your file!
It must be LMS related, just tried in SCORM cloud and the module loads correctly. LSO wraps content in it's own Frameset, so behaviour can be unexpected.
