We've run into a problem where some of our Storyline courses do not play if accessed via VPN. I am told this particular VPN vendor does not support Flash 10 files. How do I know which version of Flash is used within the Storyline courses?
What version of Storyline are you publishing with? With the release of Storyline 3 and 360 you can now publish Flash free versions, and that way your users will only see and playback the HTML5 output.
If you have an earlier version, Storyline will always include Flash and you could choose to have an HTML5 fallback. Users will need to access a course using a supported browser, and for Storyline 2 you'll see those here.
