Font problem when using VPN

Hello
I'm currently developing a bunch of courses that will be available at Captivate Prime. The courses run fine when we play them locally or on the LMS outside VPN.
But when we play them through VPN the font changes to whatever the browsers default settings are, in this case Times New Roman.
I've made alot of courses before and I use the same settings as I always do so I wonder if you know what the problem could be? We've been in contact with Adobe and our customers with no result yet so I thought I ask you as well.
However, this does not occur when I use Storyline 2.
Many of our customers will take these courses using VPN so it's important that this works.

Hi Jesper! I see you're working with my colleague Renato in your case, and he recommended that you test your course on SCORM Cloud to see if the same font issue appears there. Did you have a chance to give that a go yet?
