have a project where a "special character" is inserted into text field. The character is "→" (&rarr from here). The font used is OpenSans. The arrow is visible while editing - but is replaced by a square in exported version (both hmtl5 or SWF).
Any ideas why? Same .story exported from SL2 works - the "→" is there.. but there are other issues preventing me from making SL2 exports.
We would recommend utilizing the insert symbol functionality within Storyline. If you cannot find what you need via Insert > Symbol, then I would recommend that you insert what you need as an image.
