I've taken a look at your file and I'm not seeing the issue. I'm also on latest update of SL360 and Windows 10. I changed the second title to Brown and it looks fine, then I added another shape with text which also looks the same. Are you seeing the issue in preview or publish? Can you share a screenshot of the 'garbled' text.

I few more updates. The problem seems to be specific to 360. When I launch a project in SL2 it displays fine.
Are you seeing this in preview or when published and which browser are you using to view it?
if it is published content are you viewing in IE that is typically where I see font issues, try publishing Flash first normally fixes the issue in IE
okay, problem solved. Had to delete a bunch of fonts out of the fonts package, and then just reinstalled one of them, not the whole package.
a painstaking puzzle, but at least solved it.
