i m new to the forum, having a problem while working at a client. we work with two different PC on laptop with a FHD screen and another desktop with 1680 x 1050 resoultion. we are coming against a situatio which is creating big problem for us.
I m attaching the screen shot of a slide to make it clear.
Font settings are same but the display is creating major problems and the are present in the output also.
We've also seen a similar set up when colleagues were using the same screen resolution (outside of just the overall display sizing) and we typically recommend working with Storyline at 100% or 96 DPI.
Lastly, make sure you have the same font files installed as your client. If you don't, Storyline will revert to system fonts when you open a file, and that could cause text to display differently than originally laid out.

I'd want to make sure you're both following the guidelines here for working on files, and opening the files to edit while saved locally.
