Hi, I imported a ppt file to Storyline and turned it into a SL template. Before I did, I searched all body fonts and replaced them with another. All looks fine, but when I preview the slide, the font turns into special characters, spelling complete gibberish. :S
Update: I tried out a few other fonts and the issue only seems to appear with the font I've chosen for this project. It's called 'Industry Book'. Any idea why one font would not display properly and others do?
Anybody from Articulate want to chime in? I am kinda stuck in progress right now... :( Or would be forced to use another font, which would be a real shame...
Our team is looking into an issue where Adobe TypeKit fonts show up as gibberish when you preview or publish the course. Is 'Industry Book' a Typekit font?
If you're able to share the font files with our Support Team that'll help with our investigation and testing!
Thanks, Niels. I'll update the team about that font name and see if we can track it down in our own files. We'll keep you posted here as soon as we have more info to share.

I did encounter a similar problem with the Modern Text option and synchronized Adobe fonts.
Other Adobe fonts work fine, just not this one.... :(

It is indeed a type kit font, so I can't send it to you. But the problem does not appear with other type kit fonts so far
