Force a slide to replay from beginning?

I have a custom UI with a replay button. Clicking the button "jumps to" the current slide effectively reloading it. The slide is set to "automatically decide" whether to start at the beginning because you can access it from other points in the course as well. I want the replay button to "force" a "play from the beginning" action.
