Free Form Quiz Template and Feedback

Hi there,

I need help. I am building a case-study and to promote diagnostic reasoning. I am using the free-form quiz template, specifically the text entry format so that students can answer a question . I would like to provide a feedback window that suggests an answer after they respond. 

Can someone help me accomplish this.
