I am building a video on Articulate 360 on the free trial option. I have added audio as well but when I try to publish it it stops processing after the "adding audio track"comes in. Is it because I am on the free version? Please can you clarify? I am trying to download the content as a video. Please see attachment.
You should be able to publish your course during your trial without issue! Prior to publishing a course to video, you’ll want to adapt any slides that require learners to click, drag, or interact in any way. Are there any interactive elements in your course?
Have you tried publishing your course to Review 360 to see if you get the same result? If you're comfortable sharing your file with us, I'd be happy to take a closer look at what's going on! You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
