When I try to insert a text box, the whole program wigs out, pulls itself back together, and then freezes. I have to force quit every time. I cannot uninstall the program in order to clean it up and reinstall because it is a 30 day trial. Help Please! I cannot learn the program if it freezes every time.

I am new to articulate, can anyone help me how to use it and convert my powerpoint presentations to e-learning module.
I understand that first you need to download articulate but i am balnk at the moment what to do :(
