Hello. I have a freeform Pick Many interaction with 4 possible answers. Two are correct. The design calls for unique feedback for selecting the non correct answers. The Pick Many has one correct, one incorrect and a Try Again. Can I have multiple Try Agains for specific non correct answers perhaps? Or should I just use layers instead of the interaction?
Actually I think I figured it out. There is a trigger for each answer. I copied the Try Again Layer and can associate it to the correct button that was selected. I think?
It sounds like you're on the right track - the try again layer would be automatic if the user didn't select the correct answer(s) but if you'd like to set up some custom try again layers you'll need to set the conditions under which it would occur - so that if the user selects A and B they're shown this layer, but if they select B and C they're instead shown the second layer. If you're having a hard time setting it up, it'd be great if you can share the .story file here and we can help you out.
I set up one of the conditions to show you what this would look like - this is using your main try again layer, but if you'd like each layer to say something different you'll need to set up different layers. You'll also notice that within the trigger I'm using the selected state of the button as the condition and that this trigger appears before the submit button.
Please take a look at this and hopefully it helps you get started.
This is so very close. Thank you ! But its ignoring the second layer I add. It still shows only the try again layer that is originally built. I duplicated the Try Again as you set it up for the second one. Renamed it but it still shows only the original try again layer on the 2nd try. Any ideas?
I should clarify that I still only want the learner to have 2 tries. So what is happening is that its showing the original try again layer in the question then showing the other layer immediately after. If I choose the option that should trigger the other layer, it still shows the try again layer first.

Hello again. I don't really understand how to use the conditions yet so any help is appreciated.
Button 1 in combo with any of the others needs a unique Try Again feedback
Button 2 in combo with any of the others needs a unique Try Again feedback
Button 3 and 4 are the correct answers.
Thanks
