Weird. The first question didn't have both response buttons listed in Form View, and nothing was indicated as correct, so I thought that might be the problem. But the other questions were okay in Form View, yet still didn't work. Thus, the problem must be "gremlins." 😄
This is a good example of why it's best to testa Freeform (or other interaction) before duplicating it.
I recreated your set up from scratch in the attached file, and it works, so go ahead and use copies of that.

Yes I have been messing about with various options on the attached file, so there may have been the odd trip up on it.
Tis very strange why it wasn't working on the original but I appreciate your help.
