I have two Storyline 3 courses uploaded to moodle (one in each of two modules in a course page).
I have the menu restricted on each course but I would like the menu to be free if the user completes the course and revisits the coiurse at a later date?
It sounds like Prompt to Resume would be the best option for you. This option would allow the learner to reopen the course to the last slide they visited, and then use the menu freely to visit any previous slides.
