I am new to SCORM. HealthStream is the LMS we are using. I'm told I need to create a FTP connection within Storyline but can not find a tutorial on doing so. Could anyone tell me where to find instructions? Any advise will be greatly appreciated!
Hmm, I don't think there's an option for that. I'm always nervous using programs that have direct ftp connections anyways as I want to be in complete control of what's getting transferred at all times.
If your LMS requires an ftp to upload files, I would reccomend publishing to SCORM and uploading it with CuteFTP. I've always used that program, and it has always worked well for me. You may need to get with your IT guy to get the ftp connetion settings.
You know, Gerry, I have never noticed that FTP button and I push the zip button nearly every day. I'd probably still use CuteFTP for the increased options, but it's great to know there is an easy alternative.
