Function key issues in Flash player

Hello!

I have built a software simulation in Storyline that uses primarily the function keys (F1-F10, as well as those keys in combination with the shift key). I've read about the incompatibility this type of simulation has with internet browsers, so I opted to publish it to a CD and play it straight from Flash player.

The issue comes from the F10 and Shift+10 commands. When either of these are used, the slide does not advance and the user must click on the simulation again to get the other keys to work.

Is anyone aware of a workaround or am I stuck with an incompatibility issue?
