This is a new one for us. We have a course that previews and plays perfectly everywhere but on the client's server. We have no control over this server other than to ftp content to it. I've attached what the issue looks like. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this? I tried replacing all fonts with Arial and the issue still persisted. The course is published for Web with HTML5 only. Thanks.
Thanks for the additional information, Brett. In addition to what I shared above, I know we've seen similar issues specific to servers before as you can see here.
It sounds like your server may not have WOFF file support--you can ask your server admin for more information on that.

Does it matter what browser is being used? This looks similar to the "ligature" problem in IE when font downloading is blocked.
Hi Brett,
It looks like Michael has popped in to help you out here and I just wanted to share our documentation for you or anyone following along.
Thanks. The issue is not browser-dependent. It does this for any browser on the problem server and displays properly in all browsers everywhere else.

Thanks Leslie I have passed this suggestion on to the client. Fingers crossed.
