I have created down timer functionality using javascipt and passed those values to Storyline 2 variable using GetPlayer (), SetVar (), GetVar () functionality. It's working fine. When I have upgraded the source file to Articulate 360 the down timer is not working due to the GetPlayer () functionality. Can you please give solution to resolve this issue.
I've seen another reported share something similar here.
I do not see where the user reached out to our support team, but if you have a backup file of Storyline 2 where this functionality is working and it is not working in Storyline 360, you are welcome to share with our support team here so that we can take a closer look.
There you can see, that with the HTML5 output, getting the player context can be a little more complicated than with Flash in Storyline 2, but the solution that John gives works around that.

Hi Subashini,
Our team is looking into some of these issues currently where the Javascript elements changed in Storyline 360.
I'll keep you posted here if there are any updates. Thanks so much again for letting us know about this, and I’m sorry if it’s slowing you down.
