I have had a licence transferred to me recently (yesterday) under my new job email. All good but when my colleagues are trying to use teams 360 collaboration I am not recognised and can not be invited via the email invite. Is there an easy way that I can be added to the team group to collaborate and share templates etc? Thanks in advance - Lee ;-)
Hi Leslie - had i received an email in relation to the above - as nothing in inboxes- also raised two other issues that i need urgent assist with in Rise 360 forum
