Getting added to Teams 360 collaboration

Hi Team - Question

I have had a licence transferred to me recently (yesterday) under my new job email. All good but when my colleagues are trying to use teams 360 collaboration I am not recognised and can not be invited via the email invite.  Is there an easy way that I can be added to the team group to collaborate and share templates etc? Thanks in advance - Lee ;-)

We reached out to the email tied to your E-Learning Heroes profile on 6/22/2020 from I just sent a follow-up email with the original reply.

To cover all bases, let's double-check your spam/junk folders to see if the emails are getting filtered by mistake.
