Problem with converting free trial to team membership

Aug 29, 2019

I downloaded the free trial of Articulate 360 on August 21 using my personal email so that I could get started while my consulting company found space for me on their teams membership. They now have that set up, so today I deleted the trial and restarted the computer, then set up a new account using my work email, verified that I was added to the team, and downloaded Articulate 360 again. However, it says I'm still on the trial (even though it registers my new account) and that means I can't use some of the features that requires a subscription. I suspect some registry editing will be necessary, but I'm not sure how to do that. Any thoughts?

Hello Melanie and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

You nailed it! The trial-expired error message can occur when you have more than one Articulate ID, often a personal email address and a business email address, and only one of them is connected to a subscription.

Please sign out of https://360.articulate.com, then sign back in with the email address for your subscription. That should fix the problem.
