Problem starting articulate 360 (freeze on the connection window)

Hi, after succesfully installing and using Storyline 3 (free trial) on a brand new Dell and windows 10 computer, I desesperatly cannot get Articulate 360 free trial) to work on it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it almost 10 times, but it seems the installation (always succesfull) is not the problem. When I double click on the shortcut of Articulate 360 it opens a windows prompting me to connect via my email, but that windows always freeze, not alowing me to enter my email to connect !!

I don't have a clue of what to try next, can someone help me ?

Hi Diane!

I'm so sorry you're running into this snag with the Articulate 360 desktop application freezing! Can you make sure that you're running the program as an administrator? Here are these steps:

Try opening Articulate 360 again and make sure to choose Yes when asked if you want to allow the app to make changes to your device.
