I have a Storyline 2 file that I can open with no problem. But I gave it to a coworker, and when she tries to open it she gets an error that says the file is invalid or corrupt. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
Does your coworker also have Storyline 2? Are you using the same update of Storyline 2? You'll also want to confirm that you're sharing files with your coworker as described here.
