Getting Storyline Quiz to work like Quizmaker 'Submit All at Once'

I'm having difficulty finding the right settings for my Storyline Quiz.

How I want it to work:

1. Answer Quiz Question

2. Get feedback on each question as you go

3. After the quiz has been submitted, and the initial attempt score recorded, I want the user to be able to retry Quiz at the end if they failed, or be able to access the course again later and try the Quiz.

Issue:

I have the questions set to one attempt each because I don't want the learner to keep answering until they get it correct. The LMS is only recording their first attempt at the quiz with their overall score, so it is never marking completed so I need them to have unlimited attempts at the overall quiz. I can only find a setting unlimited attempts for each question, which is not what I want.

Idea:

I think it might have to do with the "When revisiting" settings, but I don't know if I set that at the Question level on each slide, or at the Results slide level. I can't seem to find a good explanation of what those options do.

I have a cut down version of my course if you need me to post it to show my current settings.
