Glitches with latest updates

Hi all.
I seem to be experiencing a number of issues since the new updates a few days ago. I can disable the next button and add a variable to change it back to normal when the learner completes a task, however I cannot HIDE the next button the same way. I'm trying to clean up the look of my slides as I'm adding custom next buttons.
Other issues - slide size zooms in an out when I try resize things. Error reports and SL needing to shut down, amongst others.
The new features are great but at the expense of slowing down my projects immensely as I trouble shoot issues :(

Hi there, Carol. That's odd behavior. My projects are working normally in those ways so far. For the Next button, I tried both unchecking it from the slide properties panel, and setting a trigger to change the state to hidden when the timeline started.
Tell me more about your project: Where is it saved? Do you close down your work at the end of every day? Is this behavior happening on multiple projects? Here are some tips for managing your project files to rule out possible culprits.
If you'd like to attach your .story file, I can test it and see what happens on my machine, too.
HI Crystal. Thanks for your response. Yes I do shut down and I save my work throughout the day. I've learned the hard way before ;)
I have uploaded my project to this case number: Case #01169295
I had someone look at it but the errors kept occurring. Are you able to pick it up from that case number? When I published it to 360 review the title image (thumbnail is completely distorted and what is meant to be a building looks like a piece of material - I will attach the image for you.
Thanks for trying to help - I really appreciate the support I always get - still a massive fan!!
Thanks Carol, and I see you're working with Abel too! You're in good hands there, and it looks like you recently emailed back in based on his recommendations. We'll follow along in the case too and share any updates here.
