Hi, everyone. I'm new to Storyline, and I'm getting frustrated--multiple times, I make edits to the states that don't save. For example, I'll delete a state, save the changes, and then when I go back and edit that image's states again, the deleted state has reappeared. Or I'll edit a state and the edits don't stick, despite saving them. This is happening with both the built-in states and custom states. Is this typical?
Without seeing what you steps you are actually taking and how you're editing states it's hard to know what's happening. Can you use Peek (comes with Articulate 360) to do a screencast and show what you're doing and what's happening?
