I'm working on a project for a client and I need to be able to use scientific terms in the Glossary. For this I need to be able to use Superscript to display a number to the power of 10 or a number squared. Is there any way I can do this?
While Storyline 360 doesn't currently allow for superscript/subscript in the player menu or the glossary, we do think it's a worthwhile feature! We're tracking these requests, so thanks for letting us know what you'd like to see.
If this feature is added in a future update of Storyline, we'll pop back into this thread to let you know. 😊
I just answered a similar question in a separate post from Elizabeth. Here's what I wrote to her:
Depending on the scope of your Glossary, you might want to put it on a slide instead of in the built-in Glossary. That would allow you to format the text as desired. You could even add images or media.
For access, the slide could be lightboxed via a Player-level tab.
This post provides a sample Glossary. If you scroll down, one of the comments provides instructions for lightboxing a slide in the Player.
